Terms of use
Last updated: 2 June 2026
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the WebSentinel.eu website. They apply to the pages, content and materials we publish here for information about WebSentinel and its products. They do not govern any engagement with us or any use of our products, which are covered by separate agreements that we enter into in writing. Where a separate agreement applies, that agreement takes precedence over these terms for the matters it covers.
The website is operated by That Privacy Guy!, in Malta. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You may view the site and reference its content for your own information, including linking to it and quoting from it fairly with attribution. You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it, interfere with its normal operation, attack it or attempt to overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission, or scrape, harvest or otherwise extract its content by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or is intended to copy the site wholesale.
You also agree to use the site in accordance with applicable law and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The WebSentinel name, the WebSentinel marks and product names, the text and other content on the site, and the design and layout of the site, are owned by That Privacy Guy! or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on the site grants you any right or licence to use those names, marks, logos, content or design except as set out in the use of the site section above, or with our prior written permission.

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind about the site, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
